Ward Klein
Chief Executive Officer, Energizer Holdings, Inc. (ENR)

Mr. Klein joined Ralston Purina Company in 1979. Mr. Klein came to Energizer in 1986 and has served as Vice President of Marketing, 1992 to 1994; Vice President, General Manager Global Lighting Products, 1994 to 1996; Area Chairman, Latin America, 1996 to 1998; and Vice President and Area Chairman, Asia Pacific, Africa and Middle East, 1998 to 2000. In 2000, Mr. Klein was named as President and Chief Operating Officer, Asia Pacific and Latin America, and in 2002, he was named President, International. In 2004, Mr. Klein was named President and Chief Operating Officer with responsibility over both the company's Energizer Battery operating division and its Schick-Wilkinson Sword operating division. Mr. Klein was named Chief Executive Officer in 2005.

Joe W. McClanathan
President and Chief Executive Officer, Energizer Household Products

Mr. McClanathan joined Eveready Battery Company in 1974 with the Sales Department. He moved to the Marketing area as Product Manager in 1985 and became Director of Trade Marketing in 1992. In 1993, Mr. McClanathan was appointed Vice President, General Manager of Energizer Power Systems. In 1996, he was appointed Vice President, Chief Technology Officer for Eveready Battery Company. In June 1999, Mr. McClanathan was promoted to the position of Chairman, North America. Effective March 2002, he was named President, North America, and in 2004, was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Energizer Battery.

David P. Hatfield
President and Chief Executive Officer, Energizer Personal Care

Mr. Hatfield joined the Eveready Battery Company, Inc. in 1988 and has served in a number of capacities throughout the battery organization, both domestically and abroad. He served as Vice President, Europe, Marketing from 1997 to 1999 and as Vice President, North America and Global Marketing from 1999 to 2004. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Hatfield served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer and was named as President and Chief Executive Officer, Schick-Wilkinson Sword in 2007.  Mr. Hatfield assumed current responsibilities upon the formation of the Energizer Personal Care division in 2008, after the acquisition of Playtex in October 2008. 

Daniel J. Sescleifer
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Sescleifer joined Energizer in October 2000 as Executive Vice President, Finance and Control. Prior to joining Energizer, Mr. Sescleifer served as Vice President and Treasurer of Solutia, Inc., July-October, 2000; Vice President and Treasurer of Ralcorp Holdings, Inc., 1996 to 2000; and Director, Corporate Finance of Ralcorp Holdings, 1994 to 1996. Mr. Sescleifer was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2001.

Peter J. Conrad
Vice President - Human Resources

Mr. Conrad joined Eveready Battery Company, Inc. in 1997 as Vice President, Human Resources. Mr. Conrad served as Vice President, Human Resources for Protein Technologies International, Inc., a former subsidiary of Ralston Purina Company, from 1995 to 1997.

Gayle G. Stratmann
Vice President and General Counsel

Ms. Stratmann joined Eveready Battery Company, Inc.’s legal department in 1990. She served as Assistant General Counsel from 1996 to 2002 and as Vice President, Legal Matters – Operations of Eveready Battery Company from 2002 to 2003. Ms. Stratmann was named General Counsel of Energizer Holdings, Inc., in 2003.
