Value Stream Supervisor

As a Value Stream Supervisor, you’ll make sure the millions of batteries that move through our world-class manufacturing facilities every day are engineered, produced, inspected, packaged and shipped at the high level of quality that Energizer represents. This role is pivotal, requiring leadership qualities, direct team involvement, motivation and an aggressive approach to problem solving in all aspects of plant operations. Take control of a production and maintenance department with duties covering operation and maintenance of equipment, product quality standards, cost control and managing employee safety and morale.

Applicable Degrees:
BS/BA in Production/Operations Management, Industrial Technology or Business Administration.
