I have a problem
Hello, I have a question, buy the pack of two batteries and do not work. In each of them there is a date stamped, namely: 03/12/11, I think that's due date, but having opened the packaging I can not change. I'm from Argentina. Where I have to go???

Energizer D Batteries
Well all i can say is that all there batteries are the best brand know out in the usa and there batteries last up to there name and word last longer thats the truth.

the d batteries last a really long time
i have a fan in my bathroom and it takes two d batteries. the batteries haven't leaked like some batteries and they have really lasted a long time!

Batteries still work, 7 years beyond expected lifespan
In 2001 I bought four "4-pak"'s of D Energizer batteries. ?These were to be for household use, on camping trips, and when we boated. Apparently shortly thereafter I was offered a job away from Mobile, which I accepted. All 16 batteries were left behind.in a small box with the original Walmart sales slip.
This afternoon (3/26/12) I found them, still in their original plastic case. My first impulse was to discard them.. Then I decided to try out two in a working flashlight. They were as good as the fresh batteries in the flashlight.
I don't know how long they will last, but I was amazed that 7 years beyond their expected life, these batteries shone in the dark.
