The batteries came out of the package dead! I bought a few battery packages for a 10 hearing aid. In all cases a number of batteries were dead or failed to work after 24 hours. October 25, 2012
Very poor batteries I purchased 2 packs of 8 from Walgreens when they were on sale. In the 20 + years of using hearings aids, I have never had such lousy batteries. 5 of 8 from the first package didn't work at all. The other 3 had severely reduced life (less than 2 days). The 2nd packaged had a few more that worked at first, but they keep cutting off every 5-10 seconds. I have sent an email to customer service, but I am not too hopeful. Will be buying Duracell the next time. October 22, 2012
Dont waste your money on these I purchased 3 pack of them (8 pk each). Out of each pack either one or two battery work. When it does work, it wore out quick. Buy other brands like duracelle which last longer and less dramas. October 9, 2012
7 out of 8 in a 16 Pack have failed While staying with my dad in the hospital (in a different town from my home), I ran out of size 10 Hearing Aid batteries. I drove down the street to the nearest drug store and purchased the only brand that they carried (Energizer) and when I replaced my failing battery in one aid, I went through 5 before I found one that would work at all. It only lasted approximately an hour, and the aid began beeping with low battery warning beeps. I tried a couple more before I found one which would power up the aid. Later than night I returned home and placed one of my normal brand batteries in the aid, and it worked for the typical four or five days before needing replacement. Maybe it was a bad batch of Energizer batteries, but the package is dated 10/2013, so one would assume the shelf life was OK on them. I've used other Energizer batteries for flashlight and other consumer products without issue, but I was very disappointed in the hearing aid batteries. October 9, 2012
Bad Batteries My second try after returning the first batch that didn't work at all (expiration 1/13) worked for 5 hours (expiration 7/2014) and then quit. Now 10 pm 10/4/2012 I wil try again in the AM. October 4, 2012
Terrible performance, none have lasted longer than a couple of days! Before long I will have spent more on batteries than on the hearing aids themselves. September 30, 2012
extremely poor I am new to hearing aids getting mine in January 2012. I used up the batteries from the doctors office and purchased my first double pack of 16 batteries. I thought they didn't last as long as the ones from the doctors office. But I bought another double pack with an expiration date of 4/2014. This morning I put the new batteries in and didn't even get out of the bathroom before the first one died so I replaced it. The other one died on the way to work - a 20 minute drive. I will return these and I will buy NO MORE! August 27, 2012
Very poor quality battery. Of the most recent purchases, 24 batteries, none lasted longer than 15 minutes. Something wrong here. Quality is below poor. June 27, 2012

#10 battery size?

I believe that a #10 battery should measure 3.6mm thickness.

Energizer #10 measures 3.4 mm thickness.

The batteries I just purchased for my hearing aids are just to thin to work.
