New Hearing aids batteries
I want to thank you! for your help in understanding the new type of battery ( zero mercury) after getting a new pack of batteries, followed your instructions on taking off the peal, letting them set for three minuets.
They work just fine, don't recall seeing that info on the pack we had.

only sound good, not for all aids
Just got these batteries for my wife's hearing aids, and her aids312 started to act strange, come to find out this new ZERO MERCURY dose not work in her three year old hearing aids, it sounded like a good idea, but dose not work in all hearing aids, we bought two packs ay BJ and the date on them is 07 20 15 so thats not the problem, please help!

Battery life 0-2 minutes
Purchased 312 eight pack at CVS Jan 2013 w/01/2014 "best before date". Two were dead immediately, remainder lasted < 3 min. Very disappointed in product.

This product did not perform well
My husband bought a large number of Engergizer batteries size 312 for his hearing aids within the expiration date. He has had very poor results. These batteries only last about 3 days compared to others even store brands lasting a week or more.

Poor packaging
I cannot believe you replaced the EZ changer with this piece of cardboard. Why, Why, Why? There is no comparison to using your previous EZ changer with this replacement. You could have used longer lasting batteries in the former EZ changer just as well.

bad batts.
had #321batts. in my hearing aids. had 2 batts. go dead with end 2hrs. not happy with thes batts.
walgreens batts. last a lot longer.

Lousy battery life and durability
I use my hearing aids every day up to 16-20 hours per day. Then I expect the battery to keep at least 4-5 days, not less than 24 hours!

I have been to Walgreens, Walmart, Cvs and Sams Club all your batteries where well below 1.4v
average was 1.12 vdc
some where 0.994 vdc
