Do not purchase for a baby swing
I bought four D rechargeables and a charger in hopes that they would cut down on me having to buy batteries for my daughter's swing.
However, I was very wrong. The batteries barely work for 4-5 hours in the swing, regardless of if I had charged them for an entire 24-hour period.
I am very disappointed about the performance of the batteries based on the amount of money I had spent on them, especially since I still have to buy regular batteries to power the swing most of the time.

Doesn't hold a charge
Bought these to power our baby swing so we didn't have to keep replacing batteries. Only got 1.5 days out of it before the batteries were empty. I was very surprised, and then see that many other people have the same experience.

new batteries don't hold a charge
I purchased a NIMH battery charger which came with AAA and AA batteries the AAA batteries don't last, only a short time in a flashlight 10 minutes or less.
Regular alkaline non rechargeable batteries will last several hours in the same flashlight.

Simply a small cell in a type D-shaped shell
The battery provides merely 2500mAh capacity, identical to mainstream recharge AA batteries. The battery can be easily opened because the shell of the battery is simply a plastic case. Inside the case there is a MUCH SMALLER battery cell. So you are paying 3 times the price of a AA recharge battery for something giving the same performance. Just don't buy it.

Not what I expected
Bought 6 D batteries to use in our daughters baby swing so we would have 2 sets. Very disappointing barely operates swing when they are fully charged throw in rayovac alkaline batteries and the swing runs like a champ. Checked the voltage on fully charged batteries and they only measure 1.355v compared to 1.61v for the rayovacs. Then I notived the small print on the battery that said 1.2v since when is a D battery anything but 1.5v.

Not For a Baby Swing!
My baby loves his swing and we use it often. I was having to buy batteries every 2 weeks, so I thought the rechargeable batteries would be more convenient and possibly save us money. Wrong. They last for one day of use. So frustrating to have to charge them every day and make sure to have a spare set to swap out while they charge for 14 hours. I can't believe I wasted so much money on them. =c(
