Doesn't work
Bought a charger plus batteries pack. Charger says the batteries are bad. My old charger doesn't seem to have a problem with them. Like everybody else says, it's a waste of money.

Worked great a few times
This was a nice battery charger the four times that it worked, then it suddenly, simply stopped working. Now, if the display comes on at all, it flashes the entire display a few times, then goes dark. I have enough charged batteries to last a while now, so this one's going back to the store after less than a week. I might give this model another shot, since it is compact, fast, and charges both AA and AAA types, but other reviews tell me that, too, will end in disappointement.

A waste of my money
charged the batteries from new. charger now informs me that my old rechargeable Energizer batteries should be thrown away! Yet my old charger is charging them. Not my idea of a rechargeable battery charger!

Unreliable
Purchased this item a few months ago with four AA batteries included. The charger rejects batteries that are fine with another charger and has now rejected the ones that came in the same pack as the charger itself. It's going in the trash tomorrow.

Did not work
Well, I actually did not have a problem until I stopped using it regularly. While I may have thrown it away, I did see a manual included. Ok, fine, but I could not even find it online.
For other reasons, I did not need batteries during the summer of 2012, so the charger was not used in 3 or 4 months. Should that make a difference?
I tried charging every one of my batteries. The batteries were dead according to this charger. I then tried batteries that were from the remote for TV. Dead batteries?
I then put those same batteries in an old camera, and it worked! My science degree did come into use, and I came to the conclusion that it was the charger. I do have an old charger that takes but charges only two batteries at a time.
Buy more batteries? Buy another charger? Hello..........money is tight right now for just about everyone. I do not have another $20 or whatever, so I guess I'll have to keep batteries charged just in case. I always liked just going out and taking pics whenever I needed to get away............Gee, thanks, Energizer!!!!!

charged batteries 2-3 times now says batteries are bad.
Says energizer batteries are bad after couple of charges. So far do not have this problem with my (much older) batteries from a competitor. So is the question is - which is defective - the charger or the batteries? Either way I am disappointed.

Not good
This doesn't seem to want to charge batteries. I bought it less than a year ago and now all of my rechargeable batteries won't charge. Seems like most people have the same problem. Won't but this again

charger is rubish
charges not good... then it shows fully charged unplug from mains and plug it again he will start to charge again......
