does NOT replace SR927SW Bought this battery to replace a SR927SW of a different brand and because the two batteries have a slight height difference, this Energizer battery does not fit properly in my particular watch and thus does not work. When seated partially, the watch works, thus I know the watch is good and the battery has power, but this does me no good when I can't close the back cover of the watch. February 4, 2013
trusted product i only use Energizer batteries in my watches. i tried another brand and found that they either died before there time or ran slow. For a trusted brand i only pick energizer. September 12, 2012

Answer:
No, rest assured, the 399 is not obsolete. In fact, the 395 is a replacement for the 399 battery. The item that you posted your question (395) is to still available by Energizer in a 1ct package.

Answer:
Yes, the 395 and 399 are replacements for one another. Technically, the Energizer 395/399 is a multi-drain battery that can be used in devices that take either battery.

Thank you for this great question, I would be happy to assist you. I have done some extra research on this battery, the closest one I found was the CR1025 it has a 10mm in diameter and 2.5mm for height. The CR927 has 9.5mm diameter and 2.7 in height, I do apologize for this inconvenience, but I do hope this will work for you.

5-year battery replacement?

My Seiko watch came with a 5-year battery (their SR927SW). Now it's time to replace it, and I'd like to buy American. Is there an Energizer battery of equal size, power, and longevity?
