That’s why these compact, virtually indestructible lights are multi-functional, versatile and lightweight – with many features critical to helping military personnel do their jobs safely and effectively.

Thank you for this great question, I would be happy to assist you. Regarding this light, it does have 79 lumens in high spot mode. Not all lights have both lumens and candle power, unfortunately this product only offers lumens, most of the LED lights are rated at lumens and standard bulbs are rated at candle power, and since this is a LED product it is only offering lumens.

instructions for operation

I was given a Tactical 2AA, inserted batteries and can get the blue, green and red LED's to light up. I cannot get any other lights (white# to operate. The lights only operate when the top selector is set to the right #Unlocked) symbol. The bottom switch on the battery door has no effect. What am I doing wrong?
