Great light - lousy on/off switch!
I bought two of these LED Clip Lights and both had problems with the on/off slide switch. The switches are very intermittant and sometimes won't turn on or turn off without many attempts. Inside, under the button cover is just a flimsy metal strip used to create sort of a rocker switch for battery contact. The metal strip tends to bend very easily, even with minimal pressure applied to the button slide switch located on top of the LED light. Too bad, because this is absolutely the brightest book reading light I've come across. If it wasn't for the crummy cheap switch I would give it a top rating!

Great light for the price!
I purchased this as a book light a few years ago. The flexible head makes it easy to maneuver to the position you want it to read, however I will admit it's sometimes hard to keep it in place because it's so flexible. But the price was fantastic - and I've never gone and gotten a replacement because I really was able to adapt to this. I think the only thing that would make this better would be a way to keep it flexible when moved but also to keep it where you position.

Best reading light
I had been searching for 3 years for a book light at the book stores, I had tried a few and took them back, they were no use at all. I had about given up on finding one. I then found this led clip light on amazon and thought I'd give it a try. Well it works just great and is not heavy when clipped on even a paperback. It works so great I went out and got batteries for it so when it's battery wore out I wouldn't have to wait until I went to the store to get a battery. For anyone that is looking for the PERFECT reading light, THIS IS IT. Thank you energizer, you never let us down.

versitle ,ingenious, handy
I have used this to read maps and instructions in my car at night. I went to a pot luck dinner party and the area of counter I was using had no lighting so I clipped the light to the cabinet and behold the dish was illuminated.
