Thank you for this great question, I would be happy to assist you. Regarding this light, it does have 130 lumens in high spot mode. Not all lights have both lumens and candle power, unfortunately this product only offers lumens, most of the LED lights are rated at lumens and standard bulbs are rated at candle power, and since this is a LED product it is only offering lumens.
