Outstanding Tool
I have been using the energizer series of headlamps for quite a few years and have found them to be excellent, I am an Engineer and find myself constantly working in dark hostile environments and my headlamp is like my safety blanket, I wont leave home without it and more often then not everyone borrows mine, light, bright, flexible and long lasting

Anyone home?
I was excited when I purchased this item, but a bit shocked when I tried it out.
The light is designed in such a way that it glares right down into your eyes. This is because the clear housing of the LED's lenses spill light straight down, unlike most other headlamp designs where your eyes are shielded from such glare.
I think the stylists get the better hand over the engineers on this one. I consider it a failure.

Excellent product. it allowed me to work in a crawl space quicker and with a bright.
It actually does what is says it will do...provide a bright light while allowing you to use both hands to work. It allowed me to work quicker and move in the crawl space better than using a hand held light like I did the previous 2 Saturdays. Wonderful product, excellent, super,and many more adjectives.

Great little light for the price
I bought this light to replace a cheapy that the switch was starting to go on. This one gives more light on the flood setting than the old one did on high. I only have one minor quibble, the red leds since they are supposed to preserve your night vision should come on first. Other than that a great little light, and very light and comfortable as well.

Great general-use headlight for camping
For general-purpose hands-free lighting on camping trips, this light is a great value for the money. The red LED is great for up-close work, and the different light modes let you adjust for power output vs. battery life. The on/off switch is sturdy and water-resistant, and will not turn on accidentally when jostling around your pack. It may not have as much throw as some other $50+ headlamps, but it definitely has enough for basic hiking and getting around the camp site (plus you don't want 100 lumens lined up on your field of vision at all times; it hurts.)
Oh- you can find these at any big-box store too! Great buy!

Very convenient for hands free activities
We bought this item recently for my husband, because he lost an old one. He loves the brightness of LED lighting and the comfort of hands free activities.
He uses it on a daily basis for work and is quite attached to his.

We use this to walk the dog.
Since it gets dark quickly now that it's winter; we use this headlamp to help light the way on her 1 mile walk 3 times a day. It's much easier than trying to carry a flashlight. The dog actually "gave" it to my husband for christmas. He also uses it when he works under the house in the crawlspace.
