This product has two light settings.
Really bright white light and a soft red light setting. I found very comfortable to wear an oh, so handy!
This light is much brighter than any others I've tried.

This product has one big problem
This headlight provides great illumination and is comfortable to wear. But is has one major drawback, which is the on/off switch. It is quite ironic really - it is often quite tricky to find the on/off switch in the dark as there is a lump on the bottom which is the same sze and shape as the on/off switch. But, what is REALLY annoying is that the headlamp consistently gets switched on when being carried in a bag, pocket or whatever. Often it would have been on for hours before I discover it has switched itself on again. 3 of us got them at the same time this xmas and we all find the same problem. So far I haven't had to replace the batteries, so it has impressive battery life, but battery life will certainly be less than it ought to be. Fortunately for Energizer, they manufacture the batteries too!
