did not work long I purchased this two pack 9 days ago and they are already dead after using them for approximately 11 hours each. Also they do not take 1it battery as Energizer says, they each take 3. NOT worth it! October 16, 2012

How is the battery loaded?

Friend dropped it and 4 things spilled out plus the cap. I need to know the order that they need to go back in.

Thank you for this great question, I would be happy to assist you. Regarding this Glas Votive Flameless Candle, the 2032 battery is positioned so the writing on the battery is visible when the battery cover is removed. In regards to the 4 pieces, if the pieces are more than the battery cover and battery having separated from the light, the unit is damaged and broken. Please contact us at 1-800-383-7323 and one of our representatives would be happy to help you get this replace.
