Was good at first... We bought this charger for Christmas, but didn't start using it until February. At first, the battery packs kept falling out like another reviewer mentioned. Now that the battery packs seem to be staying in, one of the chargers is blinking red. We don't use the xbox that much and I can't imagine that the batteries need to be replaced after just 3 months. The battery packs fall out The concept is great, but the battery packs are constantly falling out of the controllers. unlike the official Microsoft products they do no click solidly into place. April 27, 2013
Doesn't charge When I charge the controllers and wait for it to go green, when it goes green I connect the controller and it says it only has 1 battery level and it didn't even charge at all this has got to be the worst product I have bought from energizer yet January 20, 2013
disappointing!!! first off, not enough instructions and not enough outlets for assistance. When i use the recharageable battery-pack that is supplied with this product it won't allow the controller to work properly. It's glitchy and I have nowhere to go for assistance. January 3, 2013
Energizer bunny packed in your controller! I have been pretty pleased with this charger. It is easy to use, charges quickly, and the batteries last a long time. My only gripe would be that one of my batteries died after a couple of months so I'm back to eating up AA's. I'm hoping something can be done through energizer. Other than that, I totally recommend it! November 3, 2012

Blinking red light

I just bought this charging battery set, only now when a controller runs out of battery and is connected to the doking station the light does not go solid red when charging, blins red and never charges the battery pack, tried on lower and upper port, same results, switch battery pack form one controller to onother with the same results, defective battery pack?

Thank you for your inquiry.
If the lights are flashing, with or without any controllers or batteries placed on the charger, this is an indication that the charger has ceased operation.
Depending on how long you've been using the same batteries and/or how long it's been since you've used the controller/charger batteries, it may be necessary to update the batteries.
Our batteries are sealed (Ni-MH) Nickel-Metal Hydride rechargeable batteries. To maintain their life expectancy stored batteries should be charged periodically (every couple of months).
The expected life of the batteries will vary depending on use, and designed for 300 – 500 charge cycles. If the batteries are less than 2 years old and have been used less than 500 cycles, please contact Performance Designed Products for replacements. All we need is your name and address.

Will not stay connected to controller

I will have it completely charged up and I will turn on my system and start playing a game. My controller will then turn off and say reconnect controller.
