the batteries may not last as long as I'd like but still charging fine and works well for my family

Good results and performance
Great concept, easy touse, no problem with covers and rubber protection, Charge last 3 hours wich is plenty of time for a day. Freak product.

Battery will not charge
Lasted a short time, one battery will charge but does not hold the charge, other battery will not charge at all.

Idea is good, but product life is not
I have gone through two of these battery charging systems. Both of them had 1 battery pack that stopped working after a few months. I can only charge 1 battery and not both. I am going back to regular batteries as this product is not reliable.

Faulty/Product life is disapointing
I was really excited to be trying out this product for the first time but found one of the batteries wouldn't charge. After googling I read to switch the batteries between remotes and this solution worked for a few weeks but then the dreaded red flashing light appeared again. Unfortunately, the switching solution didn't work this time.The concept is great and while it worked it was excellent but the battery quality is disappointing.
Can I buy replacement batteries anywhere in Sydney?

Worked great for 3 months
Worked great for 3 months. Convenient! Now, batteries will not hold charge. I would have expected at least a year or two before failing, but 3 months??? I want a refund!

Could be so good!
Awesome to have a platform to lay them down on, but these batteries are downright awful and totally kill the experience. Hoping I can find replacements (not Energizer ones) because the Energizer batteries are not worth anything at all.

Worked great for a short time.
We love the idea behind this product, the ease of use would be great if it were not for the same frustration that most everyone else seems to be having....it worked well for a short time but now we've got one battery pack that will not charge at all, even though the green light indicates that it's charged. We've tried every combination draining/recharging possibility that we can think of to no avail. This in itself is frustrating enough, but add to that the fact that NOBODY seems to carry replacement battery packs for this system. Great concept but serious failure in reliability and customer convenience.
