The price isn't worth the trouble!! Utter disappointment!
I bought this case at Target for some additional battery life during a major weekend festival. Price was attractive, but I got duped.
-Silicone started to peel the VERY FIRST DAY. Looked like a black reptile shed all over your hands!
-Takes FOREVER to charge and doesn't even provide a full charge to the phone when the case is turned on. 50% at most
-Gets VERY hot while charging. The insert mentioned "warm". This thing is almost SCALDING.
-Less than a month after purchase, it doesn't charge properly. There is a lose connector and will only charge when the cord is held/propped at a certain angle. BEYOND frustrating.
-I CANNOT REMOVE THIS CASE FROM MY PHONE!
The price wasn't worth the trouble.

Not charging phone when charging case
I just got this product and it says it charges the phone first then the case, my case is charging but not my phone. Unless I unplug the case from the wall charger then it charges the phone. It does not work as stated, even after I read in here to turn on the case I did still nothing but the case charging but not the phone.
To get the phone out of the case move the top rubber back get a hold of the power button with your finger nail and pull it out, makes it easy to remove.

case does not charge
I have had the case for 7 days. I bought it on sale at Target. The case will not charge, I can not get more than one blue dot. i lost my receipt and through out the packaging. I want it replaced or money back.

UGH!
I had a charging case before this one and it was awesome. When it broke, I found this one at Target for like $18. I thought it was too good to be true. IT WAS.
I can't get the case off my phone no matter how hard I try. I don't even know if the case charged all the way. AND it didn't even come fully charged. I want to return it, but I can't even get it off! Very disappointed.

Was excited about the product until I put it on my phone!
This case seems impossible to take off! It's still stuck on my phone and I've contemplated on cutting the darn thing off! I've had it on for over a week and its been nothing but inconvenient because I'm used to taking my phone on and off to dock. Energizer, please send me a updated case or refund my money!

Nice charging ability if you NEVER want to change your case
So I've been looking for a rechargeable iPhone cover and saw this model on super sale at Target.
It's cheap and I like the knowing I have an extra battery attached when it runs low BUT anyone who even considers this has to know it's impossible to move your phone from it once it's in. VERY BAD in my book. Therefore I absolutely do NOT recommend.

Never Again !
Didn't work on my white iPhone but it worked on my father black one but then after two weeks it wouldn't charge again also the wire stop working and IT WAS SO HARD TO TAKE OFF ! Waste of money never will I buy a another from Energizer thing.
