Do not buy This is garbage!!! Cute in theory and while it lasted, it was cool. But mine lasted exactly ONE DAY before it stopped charging. I'd hit the "charge" button and would just shut off a minute later. Typical plastic junk. DO NOT BUY!!! June 10, 2013

Saved Me.. I have a Samsung Stratosphere (SCH-i405). And this fits my phone. I just inserted the 3 batteries, pressed the button saw a blue light and heard the chime indicating my phone was charging. My phone was so close to dying the bar was red. I forgot my car charger and without this I would hv been up the creek. I tried another brand I had more issues with that one plus this works right out the pack. The cord is not long but I had no issues . When you want your phone charged you will find a way to make it work. I like this as a back-up better because if power fails finding 3 AA batteries wont be that hard. Hope this helps March 2, 2013

exellent for travellers This product is amazing. it works wonderfully for long band trips i go on and even when i need more power when just going for a walk. i have used it alot already for places i would normally not be able to charge my phone. i love it. very useful. January 7, 2013

Great product but only Micro-USB and cable is too Short This Energizer Instant Charger is a great product! Works very good in charging my Micro-USB smartphone but I find the cable to be to short for some uses like charging on the move. I wish it had a standard USB connector allowing you to connect any USB cable to the unit. I'd like to see units with 3 and 6 battery configurations with a standard USB cable so I could connect any USB cable to charge a larger range of devices when on the go. December 2, 2012

The suggested retail for this charger is $17.99 and it comes with 3 Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries. The actual price you pay will be determined by the retailer.

While we haven't yet gotten a Galaxy S III in for testing in our lab, Blackberry phones and the Galaxy S III use a Micro USB port for power so this is the correct charger for your phones.
