It looks like this model is a laptop computer. Laptops are not typically powered by USB.

This USB charger is intended for charging smartphones, tablet computers and other small electronic devices.

I'm looking for a car charger for my laptop. I travel alot and a car charger sure would come in handy. I'm sure alot of people would agree that if there isn't one, there should be.

The cable that comes with this car charger is not made for the iPhone. A version designed for the iPhone and iPod is available and listed below.

Based on the specs of the Galaxy S3, we believe that this charger will be compatible. That said, we haven't yet tested that phone with this charger to guarantee compatibility.

Yes, this charger should work with your phone. It appears from the information available online that this phone uses a Micro USB port for power so this would be the correct connector type.

Thank you for this great question, I would be happy to assist you. When it comes to this product it will power most USB devices. From what I see regarding your MP3 player it does support high speed USB, so the two should be compatible.
