Thank you for your question. The Dual USB Charger provides .5 Amp of output from the top USB port and 1 amp from the bottom. It will charge the iPad via the bottom port, but will do so at a much slower rate.

If you are planning to purchase a wall charger for your iPad, I recommend that you consider the 10 Watt USB Wall Charger shown below.

While this USB charger will charge the iPad, it will do so at a reduced rate and take much longer. Instead, I would recommend our line of 10 watt chargers. Those are designed for iPad.

In our tests, we did not have 2 Bionics, but we did test this charger with a Bionic and a Droid 3. One of the phones will charge at a faster rate since only one of the USB ports can operate at 1.0A while the other will charge at 500mA.

The Oontz Speaker has a AUX IN connector, if the audio cable has a USB port there should not be any problem. If it does not, then the two are not compatible.
